Overview

Quarry located in Santarém for the exploration and production of crushed stone (crushing and classification of stone) for the construction industry and public works.

Excellent access to the principal and National Road, located in the geomorphological unit of the Maciço Calcário Estremenho (MCE). High degree of purity in terms of content of calcium carbonate or light colored micritic limestones. What they can do:

Limestone exploration is carried out in depth, in the open field, by inclined steps with an average height of 10 meters. Crushing plant for processing the material exploited in the quarry.

Certificate of Declaration of Municipal Public Interest; License from the General Directorate of Energy and Geology – DGEG; Outras.

Facilities:

480,000 m2 (48 HA) Quarry and 1 more land with about 60,000 m2 (6 HA), with office, workshop, garages, toilets, oil storage, support facilities. Equipment and Machinery.

Opportunities in the market to be developed:

Recycling of various materials, with the possibility of obtaining support under Portugal2030 (Economic Recovery Plans).
